Hello

My name is Deborah

I am the owner of Deborah Pilates Studio. I have been a pilates and movement teacher for years. I incorporate mindful movement with a personal and professional approach for each client. I love Pilates and am passionate about helping people feel better physically and emotionally through Pilates. 

​

I am always looking to expand my education in rehabilitation, pre/postnatal, and back pain. I look forward to offering even more classes soon.

Why Pilates?

Pilates is a unique movement method that aims to improve your strength, flexibility, posture, and balance. These exercises focus on strengthening your core muscles, increasing flexibility, and your range of motion, improving posture, and promoting proper alignment which can help reduce back, neck, and knee pain.
 

Pilates also promotes better balance and stability which can reduce the risk of falling, improve sports performance and other physical activities, improve breathing technique, and reduce stress. It is a useful form of rehabilitation for injuries affecting lower back pain, shoulders, hips or
knees.


By Practicing Pilates, you improve your overall posture and well-being.

De beste workout in mijn drukke bestaan. Ik was altijd te vinden in de gym en deed daar krachttraining maar ik was niet overtuigd dat dit mij op een duurzame manier verder ging helpen. Door de training van Deborah te volgen heb ik meer controle over mijn lichaam en zijn mijn pijntjes weg. Alles vanuit de core op een duidelijke manier uitgelegd en met persoonlijke aandacht. Ze heeft mij verslaafd gemaakt aan Pilates. De mat lessen zijn heerlijk en gewoon heel goed te volgen voor ieder niveau. De reformer is gewoon leuk en mijn lichaam is zo veel sterker geworden hierdoor. Daag  lage rugpijn daag stijve schouders! Ik kan niet meer zonder mijn Pilates lessen van Deborah!
